座落于重庆房地产职业学院校园里的两幢示范住宅，是在中英可持续发展城市协议框架下，由英国未来建筑公司主持设计和建造的。该示范住宅主要是为了传达英国建筑和环境专家对未来住宅的理念，对环保建造的倡导和对低碳生活的引导。这两幢住宅由全轻钢结构作为框架；围护结构由轻质环保板材，硬质和软质保温材料组成；融合了变频中央空调系统，全新风热交换系统，太阳能热水器等节能设备；建筑设计以最大化居住使用面积，自然采光和自然通风效果为目的。是两幢从设计，选材，建造和使用全过程中都节能环保的房屋。
The two demonstration houses located in Chongqing Real Estate College , are directed by Constructing Futures Ltd in design and construction, which is under the Sino-UK Sustainable City Cooperation Frame. This project is mainly to convey UK architecture and environmental experts' concept of future houses, the advocacy of sustainable construction and the guidance of low-carbon life. These two houses adopt Light Guage Steel as structure; envelopes use light weight and environmental friendly boards, hard and soft thermal insulation materials; it incorporates variable frequency central air-con system, fresh air heat exchange system and solar panel etc energy saving facilities; the architectural design aims at maximizing net living area, indoor natural lighting and natural ventilations. These are two sustainable houses in the whole process, from design, material selection, construction and to the end uses. |
